I Have 5 Indoor/outdoor Dogs. I've Been Walking Around The

I have 5 indoor/outdoor dogs. I've been walking around the house barefooted for the most part and now I just urinated only to find small black, live worms in the toilet. I don't know what to do or what type of worms they are. My dogs are treated for round, hook, heart worms once a month.....what do I need to do for myself now?
