I Have 51 Age ,and I Was Diagnosed Adenomyosis,periods Are

I have 51 age ,and I was diagnosed adenomyosis,periods are irregular means two months etc.now iam started normal bleeding for two days from 3rd day heavy bleeding started,then I started trends mf 500 ,8th hourly from last two days.how many days will take to stop bleeding and is it advisable to take more than 3 days.
