I Have 58 Years Old My Dr Told Me I

I have 58 years old My Dr told me I have Osteoporosis and it is advanced I am taking FOSMAX PLUS D-Cal 70mg once a wwek. I know on the day I take the fosamax i should not take any suplemnt . The rest of the week I take my suplemnts like fish ol vit b etc and the Bonecal tablets that come with the fosamax . My question is : Can I take ostelin too (vit D)? I would like to take it
