I Have 7 Red Dot Like Spots On My Gut

I have 7 red dot like spots on my gut above my waist, I wasn't too worried about them at first but they have turned very painful, and they appear infected. Not sure what to do about them. I have taken a 250 mg azithromycin and it seems to have helped a tad, I have also put on some triple antibiotic salve on them, but they are still quite painful. What should I do?
