I Have 7y Old Female Who Complain From Recurrent UTI

I have 7y old female who complain from recurrent UTI , by invastigation we discover that she had scarring of the left kidney with VUR prophylactic antibiotic was prescribed to her but no benefit ,she is still suffering from recurrent UTI and by endoscopy through the urethra ,shewas had dilated and pendulous left urether with mild VUR AND DOCTORS said that she donot need operation inspite of frequent UTI AND frequent change of prophylactic antibiotic with multiple drugs resistance
