I Have A Red Half Circle Rash Below My Knee

I have A red half circle rash below my knee cap, these start to rise in a hump circle turn very red when prescribed lotion . my dermatomes told me what ever this was seems rare to him very rare.so far three doctors does not know what this is caused from.
