I Have ADHD. It Is Affecting My Job, My Home

I have ADHD. It is affecting my job, my home life, my life in general. I am at my breaking point. My mother has known for years as she and her mother both suffered from it and my symptoms are the same. I have tried to ignore it and act like it wasn't a problem but it is. I'm searching for how I can possibly see a doctor online to help with this
