I Have AFib And Panic Attacks But At Approximately 4:30

I have AFib and panic attacks but at approximately 4:30 this morning I was awaken by my heart racing...I had uncontrollable shakes for a while also...I wasn't hurting in my chest but when I got up to get something to drink I felt strange while I was walking...i was afraid for a while because I wasn't sure what was going on...t lasted for about an hour and a half...what caused this?
