I have Afib from Aortic Stenosis usually starts in the mornings before I get up and lasts 2 or 4 hours. I take extra magnesium and wait it out. Every day I take Q-10 200 mg a good calcium, E, fish oil, all the
vitamins to help my heart deal with this problem. Any suggestions? Thank you. Ann
