I Have CES I Have Pain In My Lower Back

I have CES I have pain in my lower back and both my legs on a daily basis, recently maybe two weeks now I'm starting to experience numbness in my rectum,.vagina upper thigh and my feet what shall I do what should I expect to happen next I'm terrified please HELP ME
