I Have CHF. I Just Came Home From Dinner And

I have CHF. I just came home from dinner and my heart rate is 147 and my oxygen level dropped in the 80's. Although a couple of months ago they took me off of Cartizem I took one tonight............is that safe to do? My doctor is not in the office now.
