I Have COPD And I Am 8 Years On The

I have COPD and I am 8 years on the Oxygen.3 weeks ago something happen to me I was walking with my Dog Saba and when We come back home I decide clean my porch., when I put my head down and later put up I fill big pain in my head I went to bathroom took cold towels to cover my head and in the mirror I saw big weens on my neck on both sides,heart pules was very high (156) but blood presser 126/67. I was 12 days in hospital and I back home with this weens on my neck bat if I am coughing weens are bigger and I fill pain on it . So far I do not know why it happens what was reason for it.
