I Have COPD And Had Some Doctor-ordered Tests Done Recently.

I have COPD and had some doctor-ordered tests done recently. When I went back to my doctor today, he told me that my liver is slightly inflamed. My current medications are Symbicort, Combivent, Loratadine and Nasonex. I take Motrin (seldom), Advil (seldom) and extra-strength Excedrin (more than seldom). Are there some foods that could possibly be a contributor to this condition?
