I Have CVID As Well As EBV And Other Latent

I have CVID as well as EBV and other latent viruses. I have had high EBV tigers when diagnosed with as eptic meningitis. Symptoms of swollen lymph nodes, severe fatigues, body aches and sore throat with ongoing headache for the past four days. What is the chance that I am experiencing another ascetic meningitis or reactivated latent virus? I am currently not receivinG gamma globulin replacement.
