I Have Chalazion On Both Of My Eyes I Had

I have Chalazion on both of my eyes i had surgery before only on my right upper lid after i had my first baby , now more chalazion came out i have 2 on my left an 2 on my right , but now I am only like 5 to 6 weeks pregnant i just found out an i wante to get them remove because im already having pain an it bothers there are getting bigger an im cleaning them every night an putting hot compress but it seems it does not work at al i need help , i dont want to take other decisions .....
