I Have Crohn's Disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Nerve Damage At C2/3

I have Crohn's Disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis, nerve damage at C2/3 C3/4 on the right side of my neck causing chronic pain.
Current meds are
Humira 80mg per fortnight (double dose) - Crohns and AS
Targin 10/5 3 times a day - chronic pain
Panadol 1g 4 times a day - chronic pain

I have had a headache constantly for over 2 weeks now, coming from the top of my neck into the back of my head. I have had 3 sessions with the Chiro and 2 sessions of acupuncture with no relief. I am using heat packs and ice packs with minimal relief. I did had Benign Intracranial Hypertension when I was 17-21 (now 32), wondering if it could be from it again or the meds I'm taking or something else?
