I Have Crohns And It Has Been Pretty Dormant For

I have Crohns and it has been pretty dormant for years except for the occasional bloating and irritable bowls. The last 2 weeks however I have been having serious burning pains in my stomach area, at times almost crippling. It will eventually pass. I drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day and maybe 2-3 glasses of wine per day. I work a lot and stress is a part of my career. I have 3 children under 6 years old so 5-6 hours of sleep a night is the par. I am 50 years old and I have been able to handle all of this but these last 2 weeks have been brutal. What could be cause of this recent pain?
