I Have Crohn's Disease, Diabetes And Thyroid Disease (just Recently

I have Crohn's disease, Diabetes and thyroid disease (just recently diagnosed as Hashimoto's). Since two of these are autoimmune issues I would like to find the cause of why my body is attacking these areas. What type of doctor goes beyond just treatment and resolves the problem.
