I Have Diabetes Since Last 15 Years. I Was On

I have Diabetes since last 15 years. I was on oral medication till 2 years back, and then I was prescribed with Lantus 10 units along with Glycigon 80 x 2 , two times every day.
Recently My Diabetes aggravated and I was prescribed with 20 Units of Lantus in the night and 10 units of Novo Before lunch. I am taking this since 3 weeks but although the Blood sugar became normal at that time now it is nearly 225 average fasting and 300 average post lunch . I was advised by the Doctor to increase the Insulin by 2 Units but nothing happened.
Doctor is in my home town Hyderabad and I work in a remote place called erode in Tamil Nadu.
I do not have a clue what to do, I am dealing with two types of insulin and I am following a strict regimen of diet
