I Have ESRD And Am On Hemodialysis. I Have A

I have ESRD and am on hemodialysis. I have a serious recurring problem that includes nerve pain, bad taste in the mouth and as well fatigue/difficulty breathing. In addition I had triple bypass surgery this year. I've been taking Valentine, cymbals and hydrocodone to help manage the problem. Not much success in prevention though. What should I ask my primary care physician to test for (since my nephrologist is of no assistance)?
