I Have Essential Tremor. I Am 43 Years Old And

I have Essential Tremor. I am 43 years old and have had ET since I was a child. In 2004 I had DBS. Recently I have noticed a twitching in my right fingers when my arm and hand are at rest. Of course my first thought is Parkinson's and this terrifies me. I have done some researching and don't seem to fit any of the other signs for early stage Parkinson's. I have an appointment in two weeks with my neurologist, but that seems so far away and my mind is already racing with the what if's. I would like to know if it's possible or common to also have or develop a slight resting tremor/twitch with ET?
