I Have Factor V Leiden And Take Warfarin 10mg Daily

I have Factor V Leiden and take warfarin 10mg daily for the rest of my life (and past 15 years... I am 35). In the past two weeks any bruise I sustain (hit my hip on the car do, banged my leg, lab tech couldn't find my vein, etc) becomes very purple and has 3-4 straight lines going on across them. My bruises never looked like this before, as I bruise often from the blood thinner. Should I be concerned?
