I Have Fibromyalgia. Lately (5 To 6 Months ) My

I have Fibromyalgia. Lately (5 to 6 months ) my muscles, tendon or muscle attachment along upper spine on the right side of same, from below the neck and down to middle of shoulder blades hurt (ache) at all times, it is worse when upright and walking but also when lying on my back. The areas is very tender when touched
Can this pain be caused by my fibromyalgia. If not could it be Arthritis ?
