I Have GERD, Am Taking A PPI ( Dexilant) And

I have GERD, am taking a PPI ( Dexilant) and also have hypothyroidism. I have a habit of eating before bedtime and at my doctor's recommendation have changed the timing of taking my PPI medication. After about two weeks of the change in medication schedule, I find that I have persistent heartburn which seems independent of the types of food I eat.
