I Have HORRIBLE Lower Back Pain And The Pain Shoots

I have HORRIBLE lower back pain and the pain shoots down my legs I can hardly make it to the restroom and it hurts to sit there. I am on oxygen so between my back and the oxygen I am in pain 24/7. I am on Loritab 10 and it does not even touch the pain and I have a high pain tolerance.
