I Have HTN. My Doctor Said To Take An Antihistamine

I have HTN. My doctor said to take an antihistamine for my sinus pain ( it has been going on for months, I have little mucous production and my sinus xrays were negative). She was not specific which one and I understand some are worse with HTN than others. Can you help? By the way, my right maxillary and frontal sinuses have been problematic for years since I had bilateral decompression and later had a right oral-sinus fistula following a dental extraction.
