I Have Hashimoto's Disease, Lupus And Fibromyalgia. Those Cause Additional

I have Hashimoto's disease, lupus and fibromyalgia. Those cause additional issues such as high blood pressure and high blood sugar. I take Armour Thyroid as well as prednisone and other meds. I noticed today that I have swelling on both sides above my clavicle. I do have nodules on my thyroid. I had an ultrasound about three months ago. There was an issue and I want to go for a biopsy so my nodules have not been biopsied. I am concerned about the edema. Thoughts please…
