I Have Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease. My Recent Blood Tests Came

I have Hashimoto's thyroid disease. My recent blood tests came back very low even though I faithfully take Armour Thyroid. I will be seeing my doctor tomorrow for my annual physical. I have been having increased hot flashes as of late. I am 63 years old and female. Can Hashimoto's disease cause hot flashes?
