I Have Homeopathic Urticaria Vasculitis For About 4 Years Now.

I have Homeopathic urticaria vasculitis for about 4 years now. I was on methatrexate for 3 years...Have stopped using that because MD said I was in remission....Not true, I still get flares,swelling itching,etc. I also have been given Prednisone a few times. I take aller-ease daily and that does help. Question? Is there foods to avoid? Is there anything I can do to stop these flares? Thank you. Pat
