I Have Hx Of Kidney Stones,s/p Lithotripsy For The Last

I have Hx of kidney stones,s/p lithotripsy for the last 3days I have left low back area pains no burning,no blood,no frequency on urination, pain is worse on deep breathing after resting no pains down the legs.The pain is not relived by Relafen and nor flex.
