I Have IUD And My Breast Are Swelling And When

I have IUD and my breast are swelling and when I squeeze them hard enough a little bit of fluid comes out ( like in a pregnancy). I took two tests and both said not pregnant. I am taking high dosage of vitamin C, black cohosh and cinnamon pills to cause a natural abortion, it's bin 3 days now. Could it be that I am pregnant and if yes will I be able to have the abortion if I continue taking the herbs ? I have no health insurance and can not afford a doctor
