I Have Ibs-D And Have Been Having Several Flare Ups.

I have Ibs-D and have been having several flare ups. I have pain on my lower right abdomen . I don't have my appendix.
It is bothersome when I walk, sit and even try to sleep. Today is the first day with out a flare up . This last flare when I was finished with all the pooping I had 5-6 bouts with just passing mucus. What is going on with me?
