I Have L5/S1 Cervical Compression And About Two Years Ago

I have L5/S1 cervical compression and about two years ago began to lose feeling in my toes on my left foot. I now have the same in the right foot too and all my toes feel spongy. I have almost no sensation in my left toes .
I have good pedal pulses. Will I ever get the feeling back ?
