I have LUPUS with RA, SJOGRENS, AND IGg Deficiency. And just diagnosed : by labs ( elevated Lipase) pancreatitis. I do not drink, but I take the highest dose of gabapentin that can be prescribe 800mg 2 bid. I put myself on a high protein low carbohydrate diet and have lost over 100lbs. ( this was before the pain began. )I had to cut my blood pressure pill in half, it only seems logical to take half of the gabapentin.
