I Have Lupus And Have Had Aortic Valve Replacement... Now

I have Lupus and have had Aortic Valve replacement... Now I'm having problems that I feel are Thyroid; but all show low normal,.. ; but I've read Lupus destroys thyroid ... I have a new Goiter and that is why I think I'm feeling nuts that Lupus destroys that and does not always mean your Thyroid is in check
