I Have MDS, And Had A Stem Cell Transplant In

I have MDS, and had a Stem cell transplant in Sept 2015. I now have a BK virus problem because my immune system is suppressed. At the url http://cid.oxfordjournals.org/content/48/9/e86.full
it indicates that cidofovir may cure the BK virus. I am now on Acyclovir, which I have read may cause the BK Virus to blossom. Canyou make any recommendation about switching from Acyclovir to Cidofovir
