I Have MS And I Think I Had A Reaction

I have MS and I think I had a reaction today that could be Raynaud's. I was out in cold today (25F) for a short time with heavy gloves on and my index finger became painful and went pale. Treated it like it was frostbite and color came back. What else should I do? I also spoke to a friend who is an ER nurse.
