I Have MS And Have Significant Cognitive Issues, I Am

I have MS and have significant cognitive issues, I am concerned that I may be actually having early onset Alzheimer's. I have expressive aphasia episodes as well as what used to b short term memory issues, but that has grown to include long term as well. Would my neurologist know? What symptoms should I tell my neurologist about (his time is pretty short during an appointment and I want to get my concerns acrossed quickly
