I Have MS And Yesterday I Had Some Food Stuck

I have MS and yesterday I had some food stuck in my throat. It was stuck all the way down by The sphinx muscle. It was stuck for over 4 hours. I coughed threw up numerous times. It was hell but finally I was able to get it to go down. Today I'm in severe pain around my ribs and upper back. But my chest pain is really weird pain. Not sure what to do. I haven't really eat anything since then. The pain is strong at times, goes across chest but stops. Then different moves or trying to lay down really hurts too.
