I Have MS But I'm Not Sure That Is Important

I have MS but I'm not sure that is important for this. For the past 20 hours, I have been sweating. I have not vomited and I have no idea what this is. Not heavy sweat but more than perspiration. 24 hours ago, upon my neurologist's direction, I took an Effexor capsule. Only one and I have not taken another since. 75 mg. I am experiencing weakness and have not wanted to eat anything.
