I Have Minimal Change Disease. I Am 42. My Lab

I have Minimal Change Disease. I am 42. My lab results from November showed GRF of 86 and protein in urine at 30 and traces of bilirubin. I have had chronic itching and "moving rash" since July. I cant see a Neurologist for another 4 weeks. I am now have light-headedness and fatigue and just feel unusual. Should I have immediate concern to see someone right away?
