I Have Nexplanon And It Is Due To Be Taken

I have Nexplanon and it is due to be taken out in three weeks. I always have sex with a condom, but last night it broke. I read that Nexplanon can become less effective as it gets closer to the three year mark. I took plan B one hour after having sex. Is it still possible I could be pregnant?
