I Have OCD Since 7 Years. Initially I Took Ten

I have OCD since 7 years. Initially I took ten calm and clonotril plus for a year and started feeling fine so I quit all medicines. After a few months my OCD came back but it was worse than before. So I was prescribed fluvoxin100 mg and clofranil and feliz-s . This did not help so I changed doctor and he gave me psyorid plus 3 and xet cr and clofranil. For sometime I felt fine but then started feeling very lethargic and just did not feel like doing anything. So now the doc has given me trinicalm plus. I have started feeling I am worthless and can't do anything. I am totally confused as to wat medication to take so that I could feel good and feel like doing everything. At present I feel jus like sleeping the whole day and not talking to anyone . Please help me.
