I Have PCOS, I Am Currently 208lbs And Trying To

I have PCOS, I am currently 208lbs and trying to conceive. I am currently trying HCG shots for weightloss. Since my first shot, I have had a very heavy period that is not showing signs of slowing down. I stopped the shot for a week and took provera,the bleeding stopped. I took the second shot 2 days later and later that evening found that my bleeding had began again, and it has only gotten heavier, showing no sign of slowing down again. I need help losing weight, but I'm afraid to be constantly bleeding heavily thru this treatment. What can I do?
