I Have PCOS And A Fibroid, My Periods Have Never

I have PCOS and a fibroid, my periods have never really been regular and im always taking urine infections, but for about 6 months on and off I have had a lot of pains lower stomach, ovaries and back with brown discharge and flaky skin like tissue in urine and my stomach bloats really bad and im either too lose or cant go to toilet.
