I Have PCOS And Recently Have Been Having Pain And

I have PCOS and recently have been having pain and soreness in my hips along with pain that comes and goes on the right side of my lower back. I have also noticed my periods have become very erratic from being missed for a few months at a time to heavy bleeding, some clots, spotting and lasting 2-3 weeks. What is your best advice?
