I Have PCOS And Severe Hirsutism. I Have Recently Been

I have PCOS and severe hirsutism. I have recently been really bloated and having severe lower back pain I've also had the urge to urinate several times during the day and night more than usual. I am very gassy and fluctuate and burp a lot. Is this just gas or is it a more serious condition really need to know what's going on with my body.
