I Have PPms, Sometimes I Get Very Very Tired, And

I have PPms, sometimes I get very very tired, and other times I feel great. Sometimes I think the more active I am, the better I feel. But can only do one thing at a time, like vacuum only one room and then rest. My nueralagist resently prescribed "Ampyra", but I was unable to take it, it made me very dizzy. Is there any other new medication that could possible help ?
