I Have PSVT With Rates In Low 200s, I Have

I have PSVT with rates in low 200s, I have been on Cardiezem 120 ER for about 6 months now with periodic breakthrough episodes associated with chest pain, SOB and nausea ( sometimes it wakes me up). I have been having steady bouts of chest pain, dull achy with no other symptoms. I just had EKG done and it says possible left atrial enlargement, rightward axis shift, borderline EKG. I had ECHO 6 mo ago with normal EF, they didn't say anything else about my ECHO. They want me to have ablation done but I cannot afford it.
