I Have Polycystic Ovaries And My Previous Gyn Told Me

I have Polycystic Ovaries and my previous Gyn told me years ago that he believed I might have endometriosis. I have chronic pelvic pain and I occasionally have severe acute pain in my pelvic area that comes on without warning and gradually gets better over a day or two. I've noticed rectal bleeding in the last few months, but only just before and during my period, no other time of the month. I'm now experiencing nausea as well. Could the rectal bleeding and nausea be the result of endometriosis?
